Summary: The staff were courteous and very helpful, and the gym was excellent—one of the best hotel gyms I’ve experienced. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the middle and at the head of the bed. I reported this to the front desk, and they sent someone to inspect it. It was determined that the bed frame was broken and that both the frame and mattress needed to be replaced. The issue took almost three hours to resolve, which caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my rest

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in a very clean room and we really enjoyed the fireplace in our room on the fourth floor. The breakfast at chez François was excellent and it had lots of gluten-free choices throughout the menu. We’d certainly stay there again.
